Greetings Community, In this new post I will introduce about Yamzu project,
and for more details let’s just go to the following discussion.
What is Yamzu?
Yamzu is designed as a fully operational, browser-based eSports tournament platform. The Yamzu platform makes eSports competitions available to any gamer in any location on Earth. The platform is the only one of its kind, being entirely browser-based.
Business Model and Income Flow
YAMZU is the only platform on the market that works only on a web browser. Therefore, eliminating a large entry barrier for players by eliminating the need to download interfaces or programs.
Currently; League of Legends and Counter Strikes are supported on the platform. In the middle of the semester, Yamzu plans to add more games. This platform targets players & teams and eSport sponsors. The tournament organization is held through a smart contract and all payment transactions and prizes are realized through this smart contract that works on the EthEREum blockchain.
4 steps to using the platform
1) Organize events / tournaments
All parties to the platform including its teams, players, sponsors and platforms can create events or tournaments. Rules are set by a user friendly interface; as; type of game, entry fee, prize structure, participation requirements, and so on. Organizers don’t pay anything to make an event. Only if the tournament is set, they pay the service fee, which is set at 12.5 of the total prize. At the same time, these rules are written in special intelligent contracts that systematically guarantee that no one can violate the rules.
2) Accept application
Based on participation requirements, players or teams can apply the tournament through one click. To register, they must have a wallet balance at least equal to the entry fee that is not charged for the application instead; it’s guaranteed and only if the tournament starts, it’s paid automatically.
3) Play games
If there are enough applications, tourmanent will start. Players can pay entry fees not only with YMZ tokens but also credit cards and other crypto currencies that are instantly converted to YMZ tokens through internal exchanges. Once the game starts, the entry fee is transferred to a smart contract from the player’s wallet.
4) Prizes are distributed
Yamzu takes 12.5% of the total prize as a service fee. 5% of these tokens are immediately burned to increase the value of tokens on the open market. The rest is distributed by winners according to the smart contracts that are set when creating tournaments in the background.

Developer vision
As a brand, Yamzu plans to develop a number of gaming industry niches – including but not limited to entertainment venues, talent agencies that support Twitch, and segment-oriented clothing ribbons and brands.
In the long run Yamzu must be the main decentralized platform to carry out every single application, regardless of their skill level. At the same time, we develop several separate projects based on the Blockchain, they are directly related to the platform. With the right funding, all projects will be implemented in the near future.
Yamzu intends to become a major provider of eSports tournaments, one of which is related to P2P (Peer to Peer) games, as well as with significant regional and global tournaments. The fact that Yamzu has supported platform activities has given investors hope that trusts developers and decides to invest in the project. In the future, we will work with game developers, forming symbiotic relationships related to creating unique new projects. In addition, it is planned to develop a system for the introduction of new competition disciplines – if the game will be popular among customers, competition will be a prerequisite. At the same time, decentralized platform developers are ready to open new horizons for active users, as well as game content creators. He will be able to monetize his own business, get rewards for his activities. In the platform, cryptocurrency will be a payment instrument.
Sponsor and advertising
The income model is currently adopted by most players in the industry. World-famous big companies try to promote their brands, allocate funds that are appropriate for sponsoring certain competitions and tournaments (of course, this is a great opportunity to advertise your products and create a strong customer base). ESports company collects money provided by sponsoring companies to create prize pools and encourage active players. Thus, this is not only an opportunity to attract customers to a decentralized platform, but also an opportunity to create an excellent advertising base for sponsors.
One company that has been active since the beginning of the eSports industry is known to everyone – without a doubt, it is RedBull.
Prize fund
Everything is quite simple, all players who take part in competitions on this platform can expect to receive prizes. Platform developers plan to form prize funds using sponsor funds from all tournaments.
Bet on eSport
The eSports gambling system functions in the same way as classic sports, everyone can make bets, taking into account the previous achievements of the players or their own knowledge in this segment. Viewers can bet in different categories, guess winners of individual events, or predict who will win the entire tournament. It is possible to make bets in cryptocurrency – everything will depend on user preferences. How do the creators of the platform make money for this? On the commission, as well as lost bets – not everyone can win the competition forecasters.
Existing problems
Players who take part in tournaments often do not receive their prizes – there are many fraud schemes that allow you to cut contracts. The system is not perfect and needs to be improved. That is why the use of blockchain and its advantages is an adequate solution.
What solutions are there today
The Yamzu system is fully automated, guaranteeing timely payments to players, in accordance with signed smart contracts. There are no errors or human factors – the system receives data that is locked in a smart contract. After the competition ends and the winner is determined – he can expect to receive the prize in the amount specified in advance.
